Clear height comes first. At Tucson Commerce Center and I-10 International, a reach truck can work six or seven beam levels. In West Central Tucson and South Tucson, many buildings sit under 24 ft, so the job is fitting one more level and working around columns.
Product comes second. Produce moving up I-19 from Nogales ends up in coolers that want pallet flow or drive-in. Building-material yards near the Port of Tucson want cantilever. E-commerce in Marana wants carton flow at the pick face.
