Wheel beds sized to your cartons. Free layout and quote. Cases load from the back, roll forward on inclined wheel beds, and stop at the pick face, so pickers never reach for the next carton. Carton flow shelving can stand alone or sit inside pallet rack as a pick level. E-commerce and last-mile buildings in Marana and the airport area use both. Call (520) 335-3953: 5203353953 ## Sizing Racks Carton Flow Beds Lane width follows carton width. Bed pitch and wheel spacing follow carton weight and the bottom of the box: soft-bottom cases and totes roll differently. We ask for the smallest, largest and heaviest cases you pick. 1 ### Pick faces per SKU Fast SKUs get wider or deeper lanes; slow ones share a bed. 2 ### Pick height Levels are set between knee and shoulder height so pickers are not bending or reaching. 3 ### Restock aisle Restock comes from behind, keeping replenishment out of the pickers' way. See Marana (https://tucsonpalletrack.com/service-area/marana) for that setup. Aerospace, defense and medical device suppliers around Aerospace Parkway and the UA Tech Park pick small parts by the case. Bioscience and electronics makers at Innovation Park in Oro Valley (https://tucsonpalletrack.com/service-area/oro-valley) use light carton flow for the same reason. ## Carton Flow Rack Layout and Install We lay out pick lines, restock aisles and pick-face counts in CAD and send an itemized quote with lead time confirmed. Carton flow added to existing rack needs a beam connector check first. Experienced installation crews we schedule and manage set frames and beds and test lanes with your cartons. Summer installs start early in the day, since most warehouses here are not air-conditioned. ## Plan a Carton Flow Pick Line Send the basics and we will come back with a layout and pricing.
